  6. 1.  No flames or personal attacks will be tolerated.  Civility and courtesy are
  7.     expected in all discussions.

  9. 2.  The Moderator of the RGN17-ADMIN is the Region 17 Coordinator.

  11. 3.  Messages entered into this area may be seen by various *Cs.  The more
  12.     professionally you express your opinion, the more value will be placed
  13.     on it (and the reverse).

  15. 4. The moderator reserves the right to rule any subject off-topic if/when
  16.    it seems clear that no useful purpose is being served by letting it continue.

  18. 6.  This conference MAY NOT be cross-posted or ported to any other system
  19.     without (Netmail) permission of the Moderator (RC17).

  21. 7.  Access to this echo is RESTRICTED to SYSOPS who are holders of a
  22.     FidoNet node number, regardless of whether they use a full node number
  23.     or a point address.  Other POINTS and USERS may be permitted READ-ONLY

  25.     access without the moderator's permission.
